AR = sinus P wave in postventricular atrial refractory period; AS = sinus P wave with ventricular pacing (VP) (LV only); VS = oversensed T wave approximately 400 ms after VP; VS following AR = native conduction with left bundle branch block through the atrioventricular node, since no BiV/VP trigger by the AR.
