Oat cell carcinoma of the bronchus and acute pancreatitis

Abstract
A case of small cell carcinoma of the lung presenting with acute pancreatitis is described. We believe this to be the first such case reported, despite the frequency of metastasis to the pancreas from such tumours. We discuss the investigation and management of such cases.
