Abstract

Multinodular keratoacanthoma is characterized by multiple keratoacanthoma nodules at the periphery of a progressively expanding tumor and central scar formation. This recognizable variant of keratoacanthoma does not spontaneously resolve, is associated with significant tissue destruction, and mandates early aggressive therapy.
