Multimodal imaging profile of the DLB case. Structural MRI revealed moderate hippocampal atrophy and on FLAIR minimal WML burden. [11C]‐PiB binding showed a stereotypical AD‐like pattern characterized by diffuse binding, particularly within the precuneus and frontal cortices. The topographic distribution of [18F]‐AV1451 binding was atypical of AD, characterized with selectively higher uptake in the occipital cortices, paralleling with the distribution observed on the [11C]‐PK11195 scan. The topography of [18F]‐AV1451 binding showed an atypical pattern of occipital dominance. [18F]‐AV1451 binding strongly overlapped with that of [11C]‐PK11195 (r = 0.6; P < 0.001). Moreover, this spatial relationship was independent of [11C]‐PiB binding.
