Minor burn outpatient management. Most cases of burns are minor burns and patients can be treated as outpatients. However, a correct diagnosis of the burn has to be made, in order to ensure adequate management and treatment of the lesion. Diagnosis, hospitalization conditions, wound care and indications of surgical procedure are detailed.

Prise en charge d’une brûlure non grave en ambulatoire. La grande majorité des brûlures sont bénignes et peuvent donc être traitées en ville. Il est cependant important de pouvoir diagnostiquer correctement la gravité des brûlures afin de décider du mode de prise en charge et du traitement les plus appropriés aux lésions constatées. Les critères diagnostiques, les critères d’hospitalisation, les modalités des soins locaux ainsi que les indications du traitement chirurgical sont détaillés.
