LocusZoom plot of the HTR2A risk locus for subsequent basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Association with the risk of subsequent BCC is expressed as −log10 (p-value) obtained from GWA analysis of autosomal SNPs in low-risk subgroup of the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study discovery cohort. Results for the SNPs within +/− 250kb of the top SNP rs633737 are shown. SNPs are shown as circles, diamonds or squares, with the top SNP represented by purple color.
