Abstract

In the initial published version of this article, there was a mistake in the P value for the correlation between gene-expression changes and 5 hmC changes in tumors. The correct P value should be same as the P value shown in Fig. S6A: 9.8 × 10^-6 (mistakenly shown as "9.8 × 10⁶" in the main text). This correction does not affect the description of results or the conclusions of this study, since the range of P value is between 0 and 1.
