Abstract

The rapid expansion in the use of information and communication technologies in the field of healthcare is a significant factor in the improvement of the population's care. For healthcare professionals, this development is accompanied by a need for the exchange and sharing of health information. Indeed, numerous questions are raised: What does the information refer to? With whom should it be shared or exchanged? How and what are the risks?
