Abstract

随着非维生素K拮抗剂口服抗凝药（NOAC）的上市，抗栓治疗有了更多新选择。然而，当出现危及生命或无法控制的出血，或需要紧急手术时，需要更快速彻底地逆转NOAC的能力，这些问题促进了对NOAC特异性逆转剂的研究开发。目前有代表性的NOAC特异性逆转剂包括依达赛珠单抗、andexanet alfa和ciraparantag，本文对3种NOAC特异性逆转剂的药理作用、研究进展和应用前景等问题进行总结。.
