Abstract
一直以来，全球缺乏统一的妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）诊断标准，一直到2008年高血糖与妊娠不良结局（HAPO）研究公布，2010年国际妊娠合并糖尿病共识小组（IADPSG）诊断标准诞生，并被越来越多的国家及学术机构采纳，才基本结束了这一局面。2019年，随着HAPO随访研究（HAPO FUS）陆续发表，业界对GDM产后转归、孕期轻度高血糖对母婴两代人的深远影响，均产生了更加深入的认识。本文将从HAPO研究到HAPO FUS进行阐述，以了解这些里程碑意义的研究带给我们的启示。.
