Abstract

近5年来我国冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）进展显著，2018年全国PCI总量逾91.5万例，居全球之首。新型可降解涂层药物洗脱支架和第二代多聚物及金属可吸收药物洗脱支架研发在进行中。左主干远端、分叉病变、慢性完全闭塞病变、支架内再狭窄及小血管病变的治疗技术研究取得一定成绩。未来5~10年，PCI例数仍会增加，努力提升ST段抬高型心肌梗死直接PCI比例，规范PCI应用及技术，加强原创性研究是未来的方向。.
