Mediastinal hydatid cyst is an exceptional pathology that poses a problem of diagnosis with the other cystic lesions of the mediastinum. Diagnosis is suspected on ultrasound and CT exams and confirmed by surgical findings and histopathological characteristics.

Le kyste hydatique médiastinal est une pathologie exceptionnelle qui pose un problème de diagnostic avec les autres lésions kystiques du médiastin. Le diagnostic est suspecté sur l’échographie et le scanner et confirmé par les constatations chirurgicales et l’étude histopathologique.
