Heatstroke and rhabdomyolysis presenting as fulminant hepatic failure
Abstract
Heatstroke following vigorous exercise is reported in a young male. Severe hepatic and renal failure resulted but the patient completely recovered following treatment by active measures to reduce his core temperature.
