Abstract

黑色素瘤恶性程度极高，基因改变复杂。细胞周期蛋白依赖的激酶抑制剂2A（cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A，CDKN2A）是最早被发现，在家族性黑色素瘤中最常发生改变的肿瘤抑制基因。CDKN2A基因在黑色素瘤中的改变类型包括点突变、纯合性缺失或杂合性缺失、启动子异常甲基化等。对于黑色素瘤中CDKN2A基因改变情况的研究，能够指导黑色素瘤，尤其是家族性黑色素瘤的预防和早期发现；同时对于阐明黑色素瘤发生的分子机制，寻求新的有效的治疗手段及判断预后也有重要的参考意义。.
