A survey of current techniques in veterinary electrodiagnostics: EEG, spinal evoked and brainstem auditory evoked potential recording

J E Steiss. Vet Res Commun. 1988.

Abstract

A questionnaire on the techniques being used to record electroencephalograms, spinal evoked potentials and brainstem auditory evoked potentials was mailed to 34 neurologists at veterinary colleges and board certified veterinary neurologists in private practice in the United States and Canada. Nineteen replies (56%) were returned. A summary of the questionnaire is provided, which indicates the diversity of electrodiagnostic techniques currently used.
