[Clinical experiences with iron-folic acid substitution in pregnancy in the form of an effervescent tablet]
Abstract
Between the 30th and 36th week of gestation 30 patients were treated with ferrum in combination with folic acid. Every 14 days in both groups the erythrocytes, the hemoglobin and the folic acid were evaluated. There was a high significance between the two groups after the therapy. No intestinal side effects must be registered in the "verum" group.
