Mobile SHR Coordinates the Distinct ACDs Underlying SE and CC Formation. SHR in the phloem pole forms a positive feedforward loop with NARS1 and SND2 to regulate SE formation. NARS1 may act as a mobile top-down signal. The SHR-SCR-miR165/6 pathway in the endodermis contributes to CC formation. (Adapted from Kim and Zhou et al. [2020], Figure 8.)
