Differential Localization of Phosphoinositides at the Extra-Haustorial Membrane. Leaves of transgenic Arabidopsis expressing the PI(4,5)P2 (mCit-1xPHPLCδ1, false colored green) and PI4P (2xCyPet-1xPHFAPP1, false colored magenta) biosensors were infected with E. cichoracearum and subjected to confocal laser scanning microscopy 2 d later.
