Two cases of Serotonin syndrome (SS) in COVID-19 patients are presented.
- •
Lopinavir/ritonavir (LPV/r) have been widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- •
LPV/r with duloxetine and lithium triggered SS in patient 1.
- •
LPV/r with risperidone, and probably also morphine, triggered SS in patient 2.
- •
A Video of patient 2 shows myoclonus and ocular clonus in the context of SS.
