Abstract

Bei Patienten mit obstruktiver Atemwegserkrankung muss zwischen einem Asthma bronchiale und einer COPD differenziert werden. Die Unterscheidung ist wegweisend für die Therapie — in der Praxis aber oft nicht einfach. Sind die Zusammenhänge nicht ganz klar, kann im individuellen Fall eine probatorische Therapie weiterhelfen.
