(C) Dermoscopic finding: orange-yellow homogeneous pigmentation, delicate linear branching, and serpentine vessels. Solitary, red clods are present in some lesions. (D) Dermoscopic finding after 3 months: partially regressed lesions reveal yellow background and linear serpentine vessels.
