A, A hyperdense lesion with irregular density (yellow arrow) was noted in the gallbladder on abdominal computerized tomography. B, The mass was adherent to the right hepatic lobe. C, Gross examination revealed an enlarged and asymmetric gallbladder in the greatest dimension of 10 cm. D, Gallbladder tumor and partial liver parenchyma were transected. E, Section shows pleomorphic spindle cells with open chromatin, resembling an undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. No necrosis, increased cellularity or round cell component was identified.
