Regulatory role of ILC3s in early pulmonary tuberculosis. ILC3s move from blood to lung, and recruit immune cells through the IL-17 and IL-22 to form iBALT structures in a CXCL13-CXCR5-dependent manner, exerting an early protective effect on Mtb infection.
