Microaneurysms and occlusive lesions, such as stenosis, irregularity and occlusion, were observed before treatment (A, C). Most of these findings disappeared 7 days after immunosuppressive therapy (B, D). CA: coeliac artery; SMA: superior mesenteric artery.
