Abstract

  1. We report the first identified case of chronic neutrophilic leukemia with transformation to B-lymphoblastic leukemia.

  2. Genetic alterations involving CSF3R, ASXL1, SRSF2, and RUNX1 contributed to the unusual progression and may drive B-cell leukemogenesis.
