¿Es posible la reinfección por SARS-CoV-2?

Abstract

  1. •

    La infección por SARS-CoV-2 precisa seguimiento exhaustivo en atención primaria siguiendo las recomendaciones del Ministerio de Sanidad.

  2. •

    Se realiza PCR al diagnóstico, y en caso de trabajadores sociosanitarios, también al finalizar el proceso.

  3. •

    La detección de anticuerpos IgM e IgG frente a SARS-CoV-2 junto con la PCR nos ayuda a discernir en qué fase de la infección por SARS-CoV-2 se encuentran los enfermos COVID-19.

  4. •

    Tras PCR –, IgM – e IgG +, la presencia de síntomas y PCR +, IgM + e IgG + nos hace sospechar la posibilidad de una reinfección.
