We report a case of a 83-year-old woman with the initial diagnosis of an occult invasive lobular breast carcinoma due to gastrointestinal metastasis with an entervesical fistula.

Wir berichten über den Fall einer 83-jährigen Patientin, die unter dem Verdacht einer enterovesikalen Fistel hospitalisiert und operiert wurde und schlussendlich die Diagnose eines intestinal metastasierten Mammakarzinoms erhielt.
