Abstract

新生儿急性肾损伤（AKI）是常见的新生儿危重临床综合征之一。为进一步规范连续性血液净化技术（CBP）在新生儿AKI的应用，中华医学会儿科学分会新生儿学组基于国内外临床证据，结合临床实践经验，主要从CBP治疗新生儿AKI的原理、方法与技术、应用条件与禁忌证、时机与终止指征、CBP治疗过程中监测与并发症的处理等方面，制定专家共识，以期规范CBP技术，为新生儿科医生在临床应用该技术治疗新生儿AKI提供指导。.
