ROC curve for d-dimer in hospitalized COVID patients with supected PE. The area under the curve was 0.885 (95% CI 0.807–0.963). The best cut-off value seemed to be 1274 ng/ml, corresponding to a sensitivity of 100% (95% CI 79.6–100%) and a specificity of 61.3% (95% CI 50.3–61.2%).
