Insights from SARS-CoV-2 RNA-host protein interactome Comprehensive identification of RNA-binding proteins by mass spectrometry (ChIRP-MS) in SARS-CoV-2-susceptible cells lines (left) was leveraged to identify host factors that bind the viral RNA genome during active infection.
