Abstract

分泌性中耳炎是临床上导致儿童听力下降常见的疾病之一。大约80%学龄前儿童至少一次罹患分泌性中耳炎，30%~40%学龄前儿童具有分泌性中耳炎反复发作病史，5%~10%学龄前儿童的分泌性中耳炎表现为慢性病史。为避免儿童听力的进一步损伤，针对反复发作的，特别是慢性分泌性中耳炎，临床上通常需要施行手术予以干预。本文通过文献综述，结合临床工作经验，总结和探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎的外科干预策略。.
