Abstract

痛风是由高尿酸血症引起单钠尿酸盐晶体沉积所致的一组疾病，急性痛风性关节炎以突发关节红肿、剧烈疼痛及自发性缓解为主要特征。巨噬细胞是人体内重要的固有免疫细胞，在痛风的不同阶段分化为不同表型，参与炎症的启动与缓解。本文就巨噬细胞在急性痛风发作及缓解中的作用机制进行阐述，以期为防治急性痛风发作提供新思路。.
