Abstract

自噬是真核细胞重要的物质降解系统之一，自噬小体将待降解物质包裹于其中并与溶酶体融合，以自噬-溶酶体的方式完成对物质的降解。自噬作为一个动态循环系统参与细胞内物质和能量的代谢并维持细胞稳态。自噬在内耳发育异常、衰老、耳毒性药物、噪声暴露等多种因素引起听力损伤过程中均可能发挥保护作用，有成为感音神经性听力损失治疗靶点的潜力。但也有研究指出耳蜗细胞中的自噬亦是导致细胞死亡的原因之一。我们回顾了自噬与感音神经性听力损失的相关文献，总结自噬在感音神经性听力损失发病机制中的作用，探讨自噬作为干预靶点在感音神经性听力损失防治中的潜在价值。.
