Abstract

Single-cell RNA and TCR sequencing of peripheral blood and esophageal cells of human eosinophilic esophagitis uncovers antigen-restricted T_H2 cells.

Clonally expanded, GPR15-expressing pathogenic effector T_H2 cells are associated with eosinophilic esophagitis.
