¹ Peggy Ann Berry, PhD, MSN, COHN-S, CLE, PLNC, FAAOHN , has worked in occupational safety and health since 1990, earning a Master in Nursing Science in 2009, followed by a doctorate in Nursing Research from University of Cincinnati in 2015. Peggy has been a League of Women Voters member since 2012. She has been an environmental advocate since 2012, participating in EPA and OSHA requests for testimony on chemical transparency and Methane New Source Rules, collaborating across many environmental groups to promote clean water, air, and tillable soil. She has presented and published on the human health effects of workplace bullying, climate change, and research design. Dr. Berry received the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses' (AAOHN) Lillian G. Cater Humanitarian Award in 2020 and inducted as a Fellow with AAOHN in 2021.
