Abstract

变应性鼻炎（AR）是一种变应原激活机体自身免疫的鼻黏膜慢性炎性疾病，常见的变应原包括尘螨、花粉、真菌、动物皮屑及分泌物等。AR患者可伴有以焦虑抑郁为主的多种精神心理疾病，对工作生活造成很大影响。本文系统总结了AR对不同人群的具体影响，分析其导致精神心理疾病的可能原因；此外在临床工作层面，总结了评估和诊断焦虑抑郁患者的方法，并针对目前关于AR伴心理障碍患者的心理治疗效果展开探讨。.
