EB病毒是人疱疹病毒家族成员之一，与许多疾病相关。传染性单核细胞增多症、慢性活动性EB病毒感染、EB病毒感染相关噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症是儿童较为常见和重要的EB病毒感染相关疾病。中华医学会儿科学分会感染学组与全国儿童EB病毒感染协作组共同组织专家撰写共识，以规范这3种疾病的诊断和治疗。.
