Axial T2-weighted image shows white matter changes in bilateral cerebellar hemispheres (black arrows; A), bilateral parietal lobes (thin white arrows; B, C) and left frontal lobe (thick white arrow; C). Diffusion-weighted images show marked diffusion restriction (D, E). Time of flight magnetic resonance angiography shows normal findings (F).
