[Progress of developmental mechanism of subtype H vessels in osteonecrosis of the femoral head]
Abstract
Objective: To review the research progress of subtype H vessels in the occurrence and development of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH).
Methods: The relevant domestic and foreign literature was extensively reviewed. The histological features, biological mechanism of subtype H vessels involved in promoting of osteogenesis, and the role and application of the subtype H vessels in ONFH were summarized.
Results: The subtype H vessel is a newly discovered bone vessel, mainly distributed in metaphysis and subperiosteum, highly expressing endomucin and CD31. The subtype H vessel has a dense arrangement of Runx2 + early osteoprogenitors, collagen type Ⅰα + osteoblast cells, and Osterix + osteoprogenitors that have the ability to induce osteogenesis and angiogenesis. Factors such as platelet-derived growth factor BB, slit guidance ligand 3, hypoxia inducible factor 1α, Notch signaling pathway, and vascular endothelial growth factor are involved in the mechanism of subtype H vessels in promoting osteogenesis.
Conclusion: Subtype H vessels play an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis and osteogenesis during bone tissue repair and reconstruction. The discovery of subtype H vessels provides new insights into the molecular and cellular mechanisms of osteogenesis and angiogenesis coupling. In the future, new techniques targeting the regulation of subtype H blood vessels may become a promising method for the treatment of ONFH.
目的: 综述 H 亚型血管在股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)发生发展中的作用机制研究进展。.
方法: 广泛查阅国内外相关文献,总结 H 亚型血管的组织学特点、促进成骨生物学机制,探讨其在 ONFH 发生发展中的作用机制。.
结果: H 亚型血管是一种新发现的骨内血管,主要分布于干骺端和骨内膜,高表达内皮黏蛋白和 CD31,可分泌与骨祖细胞存活和增殖相关的生长因子,周围聚集大量 Osterix 阳性骨祖细胞、Ⅰ 型 α 胶原蛋白阳性成骨细胞和 Runx2 阳性早期骨祖细胞,这些细胞能分泌 VEGF 促进血管生成,具有诱导骨形成和血管生成的能力。PDGF-BB、裂隙引导配体 3、HIF-1α、Notch 信号通路和 VEGF 等参与了 H 亚型血管促进成骨的生物学机制。.
结论: H 亚型血管在骨组织修复重建过程中对血管生成和骨形成起重要调节作用,该型血管的发现揭示了血管生成和骨形成之间协同作用的生物学机制。针对调控 H 亚型血管的新技术可能成为治疗 ONFH 的新方法。.
