KD receives a medical leadership salary from Alberta Health Services and has received committee honoraria from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and the Edmonton Zone Medical Staff Association. EH reports grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, outside the submitted work, and a partial secondment to Alberta Health Services as the Scientific Director of the provincial Harm Reduction Services Team between 2018 and 2021. She also serves as the Scientific Director of the Royal Alexandra Hospital’s Inner City Health and Wellness Program.
