Abstract

2012年美国风湿病学会发布痛风管理指南，对提高痛风临床管理决策的科学性和规范性起到了重要作用。时隔8年，2020年5月11日再次发布更新版痛风管理指南。该指南通过系统文献回顾，采用推荐意见分级的评估、制定及评价（GRADE）分级体系，结合患者意见，最终产生了42条建议，侧重于降尿酸治疗、痛风急性期管理、生活方式管理及合并用药管理等方面。现对该指南进行解读，并结合我国人群特征综合分析，以期对我国痛风管理有所指导。.
