Combination of NfL and YKL-40 levels to predict survival in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Scatter plot of survival in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) based on the biomarker profile of neurofilament light (NfL) and chitinase‐3-like protein 1 (YKL‐40) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) (A).
