Abstract

The author reviews experience with genitourinary stimulation. Neurostimulation is of most benefit in spastic patients. Experience with sacral root stimulation is discussed. Complete bladder evacuation can be achieved with a combination of selectively placed neurectomies and strategically positioned electrodes.
