Phenomelogical approach of Colazzi was used in the analyzes and Huberman method was applied. The COREQ was used to analyze and report the qualitative data. The sample consisted of second-year students in the nursing department of a public university in Anatolia in the academic year 2017-2018. Participants attended the case-based learning program. A focus group interview was conducted with 10 of the participants.
