Excessive foreign-body reaction following abdominal surgery. A case report
Abstract
A case with starch peritonitis following abdominal surgery is presented. The operative findings differ somewhat from those generally reported in the literature, since the severe pathological changes were localized, and furthermore demanded bowel resection.
