Obstetric complications in diabetic pregnancy
Abstract
Some of the most common complications in diabetic pregnant women are discussed in this paper. These include hydramnios, pre-eclampsia, prematurity and birth trauma. Further, the author discusses a method to measure the uteroplacental blood flow, the choice of treatment for hypertension and treatment of premature uterine contractions.
