One month of Lausannevirus co-culture in A. castellanii. Viral load distribution of 8 subcultures of Lausannevirus (A-H) co-cultured in A.castellanii during one month, in triplicate. Confluent A.castellanii were infected with Lausannevirus subcultures, incubated and filtered three times per week. DNA extraction and specific Lausannevirus RT-PCR were assessed on each filtrate.
