Dr. Megan Huisingh-Scheetz's research is supported by grants from NIMHD, NIA, NIDDK, and Carol and George Abramsom Fund for Aging and Longevity. The University of Chicago and NORC jointly own Intellectual Property for a program that Dr. Megan Huisingh-Scheetz have co-developed. Dr. Megan Huisingh-Scheetz received complimentary annual meeting registration from the American Geriatrics Society (AGS) for winning the AGS 2021 Arti Hurria Memorial Award for Emerging Investigators in the Subspecialties of Internal Medicine that are Focused on the Care of Older Adults. She is a member of the DSMB for the Northwestern University-Randomized Controlled Trial of Geriatric Department Innovations, a member of the American Geriatrics Society Research Methods subcommittee and a former member of the AGS junior research faculty special interest group.
