Abstract

Retraction: "Anticancer effects of miR-200c in colorectal cancer through BMI1," by Mitra Karimi Mazraehshah, Seyed Mohammad Tavangar, Massoud Saidijam, Razieh Amini, Fatemeh Bahreini, Fatemeh Karimi Dermani, Rezvan Najafi. Journal of Cellular Biochemistry 2018, 119(12), 10005-10012: The above article, published online on 01 September 2018 in Wiley Online Library (doi:10.1002/jcb.27330), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the journal's Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Christian Behl, and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed following an investigation based on allegations raised by a third party. A detailed investigation revealed that several image elements of the experimental data were published elsewhere in a different scientific context. Thus, the conclusions of the article are considered to be invalid. The authors asked to retract their article.
