A. A. reports funding to the institution, outside of the submitted work, from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) TB Control Program (Pediatric TB Consultation), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health (Collaborative Antiviral Study Group), the CDC, and the US Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS GTS 49927) for COVID-19 syndromic surveillance; $500 per meeting, 2 meetings per year to self for attendance from the CDC Advisory Council on Elimination of TB; and $300 to self from Guidepoint Consultation (2 meetings).
